Prof. Rajesh Sharma
Senior Lecturer, Legal and Dispute Studies, Criminology and Justice, RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia, Adjunct Professor at Academy of International Dispute Resolution and Professional Negotiation (AIDRN). Dr. Sharma has given training, taught courses and published extensively on the areas of arbitration, mediation, negotiation, foreign investment arbitration, WTO Law, international trade, banking law, foreign investment. He also designed the unique International ADR Moot Competition which combines arbitration and mediation. Dr. Sharma is currently engaged as a member of the Rules Drafting Group of International Commercial Dispute Prevention And Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) in drafting Mediation Rules, Arbitration Rules, Investment Arbitration Rules and Appeal Rules. Since 2016, Dr. Sharma is also serving as a member of the Steering Committee for the ICC-Asia-Pacific Mediation Competition in Melbourne, Australia.

Dr. Greg Bond
Dr. Greg Bond teaches mediation, negotiation and cross-cultural communication in commercial law and business management both at New Vision University Tbilisi, Georgia and at Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau, near Berlin, Germany. He works in business and organizations as a mediator, trainer and facilitator, particularly in workplace mediation, dialogue processes, peer coaching, and corporate team development. He has master’s in mediation from European University Viadrina and a PhD in German literature from the University of Nottingham, UK. He has published widely on mediation blogs, i.e., Kluwer Mediation Blog, and has edited two books on mediation for the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.
